We review your service and property details, then follow up to confirm the scope, pricing and timing.
Does the form book an appointment?
No. The form sends us a service request. Your appointment is not booked until we follow up and confirm the details with you.
Which areas do you serve?
Carolina Premier Property Services is based in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area and serves properties in other locations as well. Include the property address in your request so we can confirm availability.
What types of properties do you work with?
We work with homeowners, rental and Airbnb owners, investors, and other property owners. The request form includes several property-type options.
What if I need a service not listed?
Choose “Other / Custom Plan” in the service request form and describe what you need.
